maintains separate sixth form identity

energy efficiency – achieving net zero carbon in operation

Construction

If the plans get the go ahead Bowmer + Kirkland will use off-site methods of construction and optimised components for efficient manufacturing to reduce time on-site and improve health and safety. Bowmer + Kirkland will establish noise mitigation and air quality (dust management) plans. Deliveries and vehicle movements will be programmed to minimise disruption to neighbouring areas. A traffic management plan will be in place with parking for construction workers on-site.

The site will be registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme to ensure compliance with industry standards and work towards best practice, all monitored by independent industry experts.

The photos below show stages in the Bowmer + Kirkland off-site construction process.
